This is a brand new reproduction part of the original factory center support bearing assembly. It fits all series 1959-1962 Cadillac models, plus 1963-1964 75 series limousines and commercial chassis cars and 1965 75 series limousines. It is the piece that sits in the middle of the driveshaft, connecting the two parts.
